“Honestly, the first three things that come to mind are impact, experiences, and gratitude.
Impact comes first for us– always. And over the years, that impact has taken on many layers. We entered this industry with our “yes” rooted in becoming the healthy parents our two kids deserve. That created a purpose worth fighting for and led us into a passion we fell into together. With my background in Health and Wellness and Matt’s in the Electrical Industry, our professional worlds don’t naturally collide– but here at NeoLife, they get to. This industry has impacted far more than our health and habits. It’s shaped our personal growth, strengthened our leadership, and I truly believe we are better versions of ourselves because of it all.
The experiences have been incredibly meaningful to us. Matt and I are high school sweethearts, and anywhere in the world with Matt is my favorite place to be (cheesy but true, haha.) So being able to travel the world together to places we may not have ever seen otherwise has been amazing. From leadership school, team retreats, Impact Summit and incentive trips we’ve earned, we’ve built core memories around the world side by side. Those experiences also introduced us to people we may have never crossed paths with, many of whom are now some of our closest friends, people we truly can’t imagine life without now.
Gratitude ties everything together. Thinking about how big one simple “yes” has become– not just for our family, but thinking about all the lives we’ve had the honor to impact– grounds me. Knowing what their yes has meant for their health, their confidence, and their lives is something I’ll never take lightly.
One of the most meaningful moments NeoLife has made possible is our kids got to see that impact with their own eyes. Hearing Matt and I speak on stage together, listening to stories shared from others on how we have helped impact their lives, hearing me give a training to a room of hundreds, then seeing all their takeaways written in their notebook of what I said… hits the mom heart! In those moments, we became more than just mom and dad to them, and that perspective is something we’ll always be grateful that they get to carry with them. They got to witness the heartbeat of what we get to do, and that is something that your kids don’t normally get to be a part of, but here at NeoLife, they are a family-owned company that truly treats you like family.
I could probably keep writing a book to answer your question but I will wrap up with this. From the impact, to the experiences, to the gratitude wrapped around it all, our yes continues to root my passion to the purpose I know I’m called for. I have a quote on my desk that says, “You were created to make a difference.” It is a great reminder of why we do what we do. NeoLife is what makes it possible. We get to make it happen, and I just love that I get to do all of this alongside my forever valentine.”
