If you were with us at Impact Summit, you got the first look at something we’ve been working on for quite a while: a NEW NeoLife Website powered by an all-new platform we’re calling “ADEE.”

ADEE stands for Advanced Digital Ecommerce Experience, and it represents a major step forward in the way NeoLife supports Promoters and customers online. This isn’t just a new website redesign—it’s a complete rebuild from the ground up, built for speed, simplicity, and long-term growth.

Whether you’re shopping, sharing, or managing your recurring NeoShip, the new NeoLife Website is designed to make that experience faster, clearer, and more mobile-friendly—so you can pop in and get out as often and quickly as you need.

Why This Matters

We set out to build a digital experience that could meet the evolving expectations of modern ecommerce—drawing from industry best practices while tailoring the platform to fit the unique needs of the NeoLife business model.

To do that, we took a step back and asked: Can our current systems deliver the experience we envision for our future? The answer was clear—they couldn’t. We needed to break out of our shells! So, we went back to the drawing board—not just to fix the problems, but to completely rebuild.

While we’ve always valued feedback from the field, it served as a compass, helping us prioritize the features and experiences that matter most to our Promoters and customers. That balance between streamlined ecommerce and personalized business tools, is what shaped this new website.

The new website is our answer. It’s faster. It’s cleaner. It’s structured to scale. And it finally gives us the modern digital foundation we need to grow into the future—with more enhancements coming over time.

 

Why is the website at “Beta.Neolife.com”

Great question! Why is it called Beta? We’re referring to the new website as beta.neolife.com because during this time, we are not taking any of the other websites your familiar with away. Meaning, shopneolife.com and MyOffice.neolife.com will stay live, so you can move between platforms freely — but not forever.  Once we gain enough positive feedback about the new experience, as compared to the legacy one, we will begin the process of sunsetting old websites. Change is hard for many, so we are layering this new experience in and we will not take any other experience away without gradually managing expectations about it.

What’s Familiar—and Still Right Where You Left It

The best part? Remember: you don’t have to start from scratch. As you explore the new site, you’ll find that the essentials you count on are still right where you expect them. Your login works just the same. Your NeoShip, account details, and shopping history are all intact.

Both shopneolife.com and MyOffice.neolife.com remain live and fully functional, so you can move between the legacy platform and the new one freely. Nothing changes with your account unless you update it. (And if you do, it’ll be updated in both places!)

It’s a smooth and gradual evolution—not a hard switch. You can continue using both platforms side by side, at your own pace. That means: no pressure. No surprises. Just more options—and a better experience when you’re ready for it.

And when the time comes for a full transition, we’ll make that move together, guided by your feedback and readiness.

 

FAQs

Q: Is this new site available for everyone in the U.S. and Canada?
If you’re in the U.S. or Canada, you’re good to go! Just head to beta.neolife.com to try it out. Other countries are coming soon!

Q: Can I still use the current (legacy) site?
Absolutely. The current site and the new one will both stay live during this beta period—so you can switch back and forth whenever you want.

Q: Do I need a new login?
Nope! Your current NeoLife login works on both the old and new platforms.

Q: Will my recurring NeoShip orders carry over?
Yes! Your NeoShip, order history, and account details are all still there—nothing changes unless you make updates yourself.

Q: What if something I use on the current site isn’t available on the new one?
During this beta period, both the new and legacy sites will remain live so you can switch back anytime. We’ve focused on launching the features that matter most for shopping, enrollment, and NeoShip management—and we’ll continue adding features and enhancements based on real user needs and best practices. We already have a roadmap of items we’re planning. If there’s something specific you’re missing, let us know through the feedback form on the new site—it helps us prioritize what’s next!

Q: Will the Share-a-Cart feature be available on the new site?
It’s in the works! We know this is a fan favorite, and we’re building it into the website—along with some exciting upgrades like saving your own carts and enrolling new customers straight from a shared cart. In the meantime, you can keep using the current save-and-share feature in your Back Office just like you always have.
