Parcel carriers are anticipating an extremely busy end of the year and are warning of the potential for delays beyond what they’re currently experiencing. Due to these high expected package volumes nationwide, changes in carrier delivery times may affect your orders.

For that reason, we wanted to provide you with some important dates as the holidays are quickly approaching. We recommend that you place your orders with NeoLife by the dates below to encourage timely arrival, and when possible, to place your orders early in the week, such as Sunday through Tuesday, to avoid Saturday and Sunday transit days.

UPS – US and Canada
To receive timely UPS updates on your shipment, you can sign up for the free UPS My Choice® (U.S.) ️ or UPS My Choice® (CAN). With this program you can receive real time delivery alerts, get estimated and confirmed delivery windows, and more.

US Mail
USPS offers a free program called Informed Delivery®️. With this program, you can sign up for text or email notifications, schedule delivery alerts, request redelivery, enter USPS Delivery Instructions™️, and more.

 

How to Place Orders

NeoLife offers several convenient ways to place your orders:

Order Processing Time

We always aim to process and ship orders quickly. In fact, our goal is to process orders, and prepare them for shipment, within 1-2 business days of orders being placed. 

 

Shipping Methods

NeoLife ships orders using common carriers, selected to keep costs low and provide efficient delivery. We may switch carriers based on factors like location and package size, always prioritizing cost-effective options for our customers.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size:

United States

  • Orders 1-999 PV:
    • Shipping: 4% of Distributor Cost (DC)
    • Handling: $6.00
  • Orders over 1,000 PV:
    • Shipping: FREE
    • Handling: $6.00
  • Orders without PV:
    • Shipping: 4% of DC
    • Handling: $4.00
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional $2.00, plus $1.30 per pound for standard shipping
  • U.S. Territories: Please call 800.432.5842 to place orders, as freight charges must be calculated in advance.
 

Canada

  • Orders 1-999 PV:
    • Shipping: 3% of DC
    • Handling: $6.00
  • Orders over 1,000 PV:
    • Shipping: FREE
    • Handling: $6.00
  • Orders without PV:
    • Shipping 3% of DC
    • Handling: $4.00
  • Atlantic Provinces: An extra $10.00 charge on orders over 1,000 PV
  • Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon: An additional 3% of DC on all orders

You may also pick up your orders at the following locations:

  • United States: Los Angeles Distribution Center located at 4650 S Eastern Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90040 ($6.00 handling fee applies)
  • Canada: Direct Distribution located at 6090 White Hart Lane Mississauga ON L5R 3Y4 ($6.00 handling fee applies)
 

Cut-off Times for Orders

Orders are shipped within the following timeframes:

  • United States: Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.
  • Canada: Orders received by 4:30 PM PT will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
 

Tracking Your Order

After placing an order, customers will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery progress. You can also use our US Track My Order page for real-time updates. In Canada? No problem! Use this CA Track My Order page instead. 

 

Where Does NeoLife Ship?

NeoLife North America ships within the United States, US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Midway Island, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Wake Island), APO/FPO addresses for military personnel. However, we do NOT ship to American bases abroad.

NeoLife also offers support for shipment to other independent locations in North America. NeoLife Canada makes shipments to Canadian territories. NeoLife Mexico makes shipments in Mexico.
