There’s something special about watching people you’ve cheered on all year finally get to kick back and enjoy what they’ve earned. That’s what this year’s NeoLife Vacations felt like from start to finish, as our Bahamas earners traveled from Miami to the islands for a few days of sunshine, laughter, and time together.
A Warm Welcome in Miami

It all started in Miami, where we met up at our hotel for an opening reception. Guests walked in to find a Caribbean Marketplace set up just for them. After checking in and picking up their NeoLife goodies, everyone got to go shopping and choose something to take home, whether that was a pair of Ray-Bans, a new hat, or sandals for the beach. Once everyone had settled in with refreshments, our earners got a special first look at two brand-new NeoLife videos. One shares the NeoLife Opportunity, and the other tells the story of who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Our Bahamas earners were the very first to see them, and it felt like the right way to begin.
Setting Sail Together
The next morning, we all transferred to the ship together and toasted the start of the cruise with a cocktail reception on board. With so much to see and do, people went in all sorts of directions over the next few days, so we made sure there was a moment each day when the whole group came together. Some days that was a reception or a party. Every evening, it was dinner in the main dining room, where NeoLife corporate executives joined everyone for a meal and a chance to catch up on the day. Those dinners quickly became a highlight, and after dessert, most people headed off to see a show or dance the night away.
A Perfect Day at CocoCay

Our first full day was our group excursion. We all left the ship together for Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s private island in the Bahamas, and from there everyone made the day their own. Some floated in the clear blue water or stretched out on the white-sand beaches. Others made their way to Oasis Lagoon, billed as the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean. Between the complimentary food and refreshments, the little huts, and the shops to wander through, it was the kind of easy, sunny day that’s hard to beat.
Exploring Nassau

In Nassau the next day, the adventures kept coming. Some of our group swam with pigs, stingrays, and dolphins. Others browsed the local markets or took a cultural tour. Plenty of people chose to stay on board, though, because the ship had so much to offer that it was a destination all its own.
Wigs Ahoy!

Then came our final night and the Wigs Ahoy Party. Everyone showed up in their boldest, brightest, most ridiculous wig, and the room was full of laughter from the moment it started. Over refreshments, we debuted the new NeoLife Anthem, and before long everyone was dancing to it together. It was the perfect send-off before we sat down for one last dinner as a group. Somewhere in the middle of all that fun, we also gathered everyone on the ship’s staircase for a group photo, a picture we’ll be smiling at for a long time.
To every Bahamas earner who joined us, congratulations, and thank you. From that first evening in Miami to our last dinner at sea, it was a joy to celebrate with you every single day.
Your Turn to Pack Your Bags
NeoLife Vacations are more than a trip. They’re our way of saying thank you to the people who show up, share NeoLife, and help others along the way. They’re a chance to see somewhere beautiful, connect with leaders and fellow Promoters from across the business, and come home with memories and friendships that last well beyond the trip.
If this recap has you picturing yourself on the next one, now is a great time to start working toward it. Visit our NeoLife Vacations page to see highlights from past trips and learn how you can earn your spot. We’d love to celebrate you next!
