Side-Lying Leg Lift

TARGETS:

» Core and lower body

HOW TO:

» In a slow, controlled motion, raise your top leg towards the ceiling as you  contract your core. Pause at the top then return your leg to starting position. And Repeat.

Do 3 sets of 15 on each side.
