Pull-Up


TARGETS:

» Upper body

HOW TO:

» Grab the bar with your hands placed shoulder width apart. Your palms should face away from you.
» In a controlled motion, pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar. Then slowly move to the hanging position. And repeat.

Do 3 sets of 15. Rest between sets.pullups2
