What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
At the time I was going into hip surgery, I knew I needed to lose weight to take pressure off both my hip and back for recuperation. I knew losing weight would make a big difference in my overall wellbeing.

What was your 90-Day goal?
My goal was to lose 25 lbs. over the 90 days.

What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
It is important to change your eating habits, your mind-set and attitude about food. Exercise is important to losing weight and staying healthy. Water consumption was a large part of my weight loss. One to two glasses of water every hour helps flush your system and helps to keep you feeling full.
