V-Up


TARGETS:

» Core

 HOW TO:

» Lay on your back with your legs and arms extended. Hold your arms and legs just above the floor.
» With your legs straight and together, bring them up towards your torso. As you raise your legs, reach for your    toes with your hands.
» Finish with your hands and feet meeting at hip level and repeat.

Do 3 sets of 15.
