There is something remarkable about a person deciding they want more for themselves. Life is busy. yet these five people looked at where they were and decided it was not enough. That decision, and the daily commitment to follow through on it, is what brought them to this stage.
Ed Lowery & Shelley Sheridan

Ed and Shelley share a mutual connection through his sister. When Ed reached out, Shelley figured a walk couldn’t hurt. That walk changed both of their lives.
Shelley had her own battles. Between 2021 and 2025, she broke one leg then another, lost both of her parents, went through the end of a 38-year marriage, and felt pretty deflated. NeoLife had helped carry her through every one of those moments, with the products supporting her recovery, the income helping cover the hard costs, and the community keeping her going when she had very little left. Then Ed reached out and wanted to meet up for a walk. She figured one walk couldn’t hurt.

Joe Hudson

Heather Clark
Stronger, more flexible, and more present as a mom of 4
Heather Clark didn’t come into NeoFit90 chasing a dramatic before-and-after. Michelle Covel has wanted to be a NeoFit90 Champion for a long time, but it was something she wasn’t sure would ever happen.
Perimenopause hit hard. In what felt like overnight, Michelle gained 17 pounds and couldn’t get rid of it no matter what she tried.
