Summer 2020 HIIT Workout


HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a form of training that is formatted to alternate between short periods of intense exercises that get your heart rate up and less intense recovery periods.

For this HIIT WORKOUT do each EXERCISE 30-45 SECONDS with a RECOVERY OF 15-20 SECONDS in between. For more of a challenge, during your recovery period you can jog in place. Do as many rounds as you can.
