Ingredients:
2 scoops Creamy Vanilla NeoLifeShake
2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
6 ice cubes
8 oz. water

Directions:
