How do I search my downline by name?

You can search in "Sales Performance" or "Organization", found in "My Team" in the menu. Click the flag icon next to the column you wish to filter. See image below for example:

How do I change my Username and Password?

1. Log in to your Back Office at myoffice.neolife.com.
2. Click "Account" in the top menu, then "My Profile"
3. Click the "edit" button to the right of the "Username" field, type your desired Username, then click "save changes" to save.
4. Repeat Step 3 for the "Password" field.

How do I find my shopneolife.com Promoter Site URL /Club Member Referral Site URL?

1. Log in to your back office at myoffice.neolife.com
2. Click "Account" in the top menu, then "My Profile"
3. Scroll down until you see the "Website Information" box, showing your shopneolife.com URL

As a Club Member, how do I upgrade to Promoter?

1. Login to your NeoLife Back Office at myoffice.neolife.com
2. Then simply click the "Upgrade to Promoter" banner with the title "Love Sharing NeoLife Products?"

How do I quick order?

1. Click on the shopping cart icon in the menu to go to your "Cart" page
2. Use the 'Search Products" feature. This is located at the top of the page in the upper-right corner.
3. When you type the name of a product you'll see a an option to "Quick Add" to your cart, for both singles and cases. You can also type just the beginning of the name, then hit enter.
4. Then hit the refresh on your browser to see current Price, PV, BV totals.
