Kate Hoersten

2014 Fitness Challenge Champion

Involved in many sports growing up, Kate found it easy to stay in shape. At her peak, she even swam Division I in college. But a growing knee injury prevented her from continuing her favorite activities. Kate joined the Challenge to get back into a routine.

She joined the Weight Loss Challenge and lost 10 lbs.† right away! “With the Breakfast Pack, every morning I started my favorite way with NeoLifeShakes and ProVitality. As I restricted my diet more for the Weight Loss Challenge, I’m grateful for ProVitality providing all the basic nutrition requirements I need.”

Kate’s weight loss motivated her to get back into shape and she committed to the Fitness Challenge. Kate perservered in achieving both a new super toned physique and personal fulfillment by completing several 5k’s that benefited charities. How did she power through tough workouts? Kate explains it simply, “NeoLifeBars made the perfect snack during the day, especially closer to workouts to keep my metabolism going without feeling weighed down. NeoLifeTea in the morning or afternoons before workouts always helped give me the extra energy boost I needed while simultaneously curbing my appetite. I also incorporated Tre into most of my days.”

Kate is a true competitor, she loved the challenge of both losing weight and increasing her fitness level. “Losing weight while gaining muscle made for a slightly harder challenge as far as weight-loss is concerned.”  But it was well worth it, Kate says “this is the best I can recall feeling…probably ever! And the happiest I’ve been with my physique. I am at an ideal, maintainable, and healthy weight for my body-size.”

Kate is hooked on the NeoLifestyle. After achieving both goals, “I only felt stronger…that to me is exactly what weight loss and fitness should be. Not torture, not weakening – but enlivening!”

Kate keeps pushing herself to inspire her friends and family to take control of their health and be their best!

†Results are not typical. In an open label clinical study participants lost an average of 5.27 lbs. over a 12 week period.
