If you’re tired of being indoors take your workout outside and enjoy a great sweat! I created this strength and cardio circuit that you can incorporate into your current routine or you can use this to get started. Choose 5 exercises from the list below and do each move for 1 minute and rest 15 seconds in between– thats one round. Repeat as many times as you feel necessary.
Tip: To test your progression, do the same set of exercises a few times a week or month and add an extra round each time. This will help challenge your body and help you realize how much stronger your body is becoming compared to the previous session.
