What Every Parent Needs to Know About Omega-3s

I’m a NeoLife believer and Promoter from Washington. I have 2 amazing kiddos who have more energy than of at least two suns! Among those whose reading skills were in the bottom 20th percentile, literacy improved over the course of the 4 month study compared to the control group taking a daily placebo.2 While more research is needed to confirm the findings, the study results are promising and highlight the importance of adequate intakes of omega-3s during the developmental years.
