Men’s 90-Day Fitness Challenge Winner: Daniel Aguirre
1. What was your motivation for joining the 90-Day Challenge?
Before I began the Challenge, before even NeoLife, I was always tired, unmotivated, and didn’t care much about my health. But after I accepted the challenge, I began to be more inspired and encouraged to take care of my health. After the first week, I slowly began to feel a difference in my energy and there was more pep to my step. As I continued the Weight Loss Challenge, I began losing weight. Go figure. I was and am still excited about it. First, it was 5 pounds, then 10, then 20, now 30! After completing the 30-Day Challenge, I felt really good about the progress I had already made and was experiencing fitness and health goals I had never imagined I’d accomplish. So, I decided to challenge myself further and continue to see amazing results. Running a 5K has been the biggest accomplishment as a fitness challenge ever. Never have I imagined myself running, let alone a 5K. Dwight and Marilee Johnson have been a huge motivation for me in accountability and just encouragement.
2. What was your 90-Day goal?
Since I began losing weight I just wanted to share how amazing NeoLife is and how it is enhancing my life! About 3 weeks into the challenge, I started to run. I hadn’t run in years and wanted to really push myself further. I set a goal of running a mile; that alone was a big stretch for me, but I was able to accomplish it within a week! Then I decided to increase to 2 miles, and I felt great! After a few days of 2 miles, I decided to try a 5K. So, my 90-Day goal was to run a 5K in under 50 minutes. I ended up running it in 33 minutes! And I will continue to become faster and lose more weight as well.

4. How has the Challenge positively impacted your life?
I’ve never imagined myself ever being in good health. At the beginning of 2016, I was 315 pounds with high blood pressure, an enlarged liver, and feeling sad. I knew that I needed a change. That is when Dwight Johnson shared NeoLife and the Challenge with me. I went ahead and accepted the Challenge, got on NeoLife, and made the second greatest decision of my life, after accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I’ve lost over 60 pounds† in just 6 months! This Challenge has shown me that it is never too late to change my family tree, especially when it comes to good health. This is my new lifestyle.
5. What is one tip you would give to someone new to the Challenge?
It is never too late to create a healthy lifestyle. Taking NeoLife not only makes you feel better health-wise but builds confidence and a new mindset. You can do it!
