We recently sat down with Emerald Director and Director of Nursing, Barbara Chichester, R.N. to discuss what attracted her to NeoLife, how she overcame her fear and how after over 30 years in this business she is even more committed to ending the trend of sickness.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full\">\n<div class=\"min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5 juice:w-full juice:items-end overflow-x-auto gap-2\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"285f83d0-d8a5-4128-9e52-e78406fac5a7\">\n<div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 juice:empty:hidden juice:first:pt-[3px]\">\n<div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert dark\">\n<h2>From Nursing Director to Advocate of Nutritional Wellness<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Interviewer:<\/strong> How were you introduced to NeoLife?<br \/>\n<strong>Barbara:<\/strong> Bob Pearson did a presentation on Cellular Nutrition at a Rotary Club event that I attended. As a nurse, the topic of cellular nutrition was something that piqued my interest. I asked my boss to allow a similar presentation at my office with other staff members and that\u2019s when I signed up to join the NeoLife Family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interviewer:<\/strong> When did you know NeoLife was the real deal.<br \/>\n<strong>Barbara:<\/strong> As a Director of Nursing, I have a lot of vendors that come to sell their products or push them at medical seminars. It was annoying. But with NeoLife, I saw an immediate difference in my energy levels. Even my mother experienced the NeoLife difference. She was running about a mile on the beach each day. I sent her Formula IV and she asked what I had sent her because she could just keep running and running.*<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interviewer:<\/strong> What were your initial feelings towards the business opportunity?<br \/>\n<strong>Barbara:<\/strong> At first I was afraid to do the business. I thought it was sales and I just didn\u2019t know where to begin. But since being on the Success Team, my eyes have been opened. The business is so exciting, it\u2019s really just sharing. I started feeling more comfortable, and reading more and it changed my mindset. It\u2019s still a fear of mine, but I\u2019ve discovered how to overcome it for the bigger picture, to change lives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interviewer:<\/strong> How has becoming a Promoter impacted your life?<br \/>\n<strong>Barbara:<\/strong> I\u2019m nearly debt-free and I have the supplemental income to travel. I also enjoy seeing my team earning a residual income. It is the greatest joy I\u2019ve had. When they see they can get something, then it clicks that they can earn even more.\u2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interviewer:<\/strong> What\u2019s an obstacle you face as a Health Professional?<br \/>\n<strong>Barbara:<\/strong> Empowering individuals with the confidence that they don\u2019t need to know all the science to share the products. It helps to have a medical background but it\u2019s not critical to your success. Sharing the products comes down to listening to a need, building the relationship and simply offering a solution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interviewer:<\/strong> How would you compare nursing to changing lives through NeoLife?<br \/>\n<strong>Barbara:<\/strong> As a nurse, there is little we can do when someone is in a chronic state of illness. I thoroughly enjoy my service as a nurse, we are the first line of defense\u2014but I can\u2019t wait to work my NeoLife business full time. I have over 30 incredible nurses in my team, and we can all attest to the fact that NeoLife is the vehicle to end the trend of poor wellness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interviewer:<\/strong> What are your goals for the future?<br \/>\n<strong>Barbara:<\/strong> My ultimate dream is to work my international NeoLife business full-time. I would love to spend 6 months in my home country, Grenada, and travel for 6 months. I\u2019ve also always wanted to build a state of the art nursing home in Grenada. My mom currently runs one there but it is outdated.
