This isn\u2019t just a new website redesign\u2014it\u2019s a complete rebuild from the ground up, built for speed, simplicity, and long-term growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether you&#8217;re shopping, sharing, or managing your recurring NeoShip, the new NeoLife <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is designed to make that experience faster, clearer, and more mobile-friendly\u2014so you can pop in and get out as often and quickly as you need.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Watch the Recording of the LIVE Walk-Through<\/h2>\n<pre>(Recorded July 28, 2025)<\/pre>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.loom.com\/embed\/92fb8e98c9564469b9ec5e111656d970?sid=67122fa8-d097-40b7-870b-babf7c43b3e8\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Why This Matters<\/b><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"520\">We set out to build a digital experience that could meet the evolving expectations of modern ecommerce\u2014drawing from industry best practices while tailoring the platform to fit the unique needs of the NeoLife business model.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"697\">To do that, we took a step back and asked: <em data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"641\">Can our current systems deliver the experience we envision for our future?<\/em> The answer was clear\u2014they couldn\u2019t. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We needed to break out of our shells! So, we went back to the drawing board\u2014not just to fix the problems, but to completely rebuild.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"981\">While we\u2019ve always valued feedback from the field, it served as a compass, helping us prioritize the features and experiences that matter most to our Promoters and customers. That balance between streamlined ecommerce and personalized business tools, is what shaped this new website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1195\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new website is our answer. It\u2019s faster. It\u2019s cleaner. It\u2019s structured to scale. And it finally gives us the modern digital foundation we need to grow into the future\u2014with more enhancements coming over time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Why is the website at &#8220;Beta.Neolife.com&#8221;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great question! Why is it called Beta? We\u2019re referring to the new website as <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">beta.neolife.com <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">because during this time, we are not taking any of the other websites your familiar with away. Meaning, <\/span><b>shopneolife.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>MyOffice.neolife.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will stay live, so you can move between platforms freely &#8212; but not forever.\u00a0 Once we gain enough positive feedback about the new experience, as compared to the legacy one, we will begin the process of sunsetting old websites. Change is hard for many, so we are layering this new experience in and we will not take any other experience away without gradually managing expectations about it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>What\u2019s Different\u2014and Better<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We heard your feedback, and it helped shape every part of this new experience. Remember: you don\u2019t have to start from scratch. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As you explore the new site, you\u2019ll find that the essentials you count on are still right where you expect them. Your login works just the same. Your NeoShip, account details, and shopping history are all intact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both shopneolife.com and MyOffice.neolife.com remain live and fully functional, so you can move between the legacy platform and the new one freely. Nothing changes with your account unless you update it. (And if you do, it&#8217;ll be updated in both places!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s a smooth and gradual evolution\u2014not a hard switch. You can continue using both platforms side by side, at your own pace. That means: no pressure. No surprises. Just more options\u2014and a better experience when you&#8217;re ready for it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And when the time comes for a full transition, we\u2019ll make that move together, guided by your feedback and readiness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>FAQs<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Q: Is this new site available for everyone in the U.S. and Canada?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you&#8217;re in the U.S. or Canada, you&#8217;re good to go! Just head to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/beta.neolife.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">beta.neolife.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to try it out. Other countries are coming soon!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Q: Can I still use the current (legacy) site?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Absolutely. The current site and the new one will both stay live during this beta period\u2014so you can switch back and forth whenever you want.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Q: Do I need a new login?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nope! Your current NeoLife login works on both the old and new platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Q: Will my recurring NeoShip orders carry over?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes! Your NeoShip, order history, and account details are all still there\u2014nothing changes unless you make updates yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Q: What if something I use on the current site isn\u2019t available on the new one?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During this beta period, both the new and legacy sites will remain live so you can switch back anytime. We\u2019ve focused on launching the features that matter most for shopping, enrollment, and NeoShip management\u2014and we\u2019ll continue adding features and enhancements based on real user needs and best practices.<\/span> We already have a roadmap of items we&#8217;re planning. <b>If there\u2019s something specific you\u2019re missing, let us know through the feedback form on the new site\u2014it helps us prioritize what\u2019s next!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Q: Will the Share-a-Cart feature be available on the new site?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s in the works! We know this is a fan favorite, and we\u2019re building it into the website\u2014along with some exciting upgrades like saving your own carts and enrolling new customers straight from a shared cart.
